Founded in 1999 – and stronger than ever.

 Chameleon was founded by Ralph Deter -whilst completing his MBA at Oxford - in order to get corporate sponsorship for the required projects and the main theses. The company continued as an ongoing concern with a focus on strategic consulting and project management.

Ralph has many years’ global experience in running blue-chip industrial and capital-goods manufacturers and has been involved in a number of mergers, acquisitions and disposals.

He returned to the business as Managing Director in 2008, and added focus on M&A as well as SME consulting to the portfolio.

The business now operates globally, with an emphasis on the UK, Germany and Switzerland.
